Brian Richard Griffin is a singer, songwriter, rapper, and producer from Lansing, MI. Beginning his musical career in 2012 by co-founding continuous variety rock band The 89th Key as the vocalist and drummer, Brian Richard Griffin continues his musical endeavors by launching his own solo project under his full name. With influences such as Jon Bellion, Beautiful Eulogy, and Kings Kaleidoscope, Brian’s music extends to touch the likings of modern pop and mellow renditions of traditional hymns. This attribute is manifest in his debut album, Moments. To put a label on his sound would be onerous. In an interview with Ramparts, Griffin went into detail about the creative process of making the album. “As I begin to create my solo project, I wasn’t really going for any specific genre or sound. I wanted to be genuine and just let whatever needs to be created from inspiration, experience, and my emotions be created,” he said.
